Cimex Corporation offers several levels of Technical Support to our customers.
Standard Technical Support and Product Updates
Standard Technical support includes the following:
• Unlimited phone or email contact with our support staff regarding any technical issues or
bugs.
• All updates and service packs during the support period.
• The use of TeamViewer is not part of standard technical support, however is available for an
additional charge.
• Minimum support period is one year.
• Must be on the current software version to be eligible.
• Does not include database setup or database configuration.
• Software training is not considered technical support.
Enhanced Technical Support and Product Updates
Enhanced Technical support includes the following:
• Unlimited phone or email contact with our support staff regarding any technical issues or
bugs.
• Includes the use of TeamViewer to resolve any technical issues or bugs.
• Includes two 1 hour software training sessions via TeamViewer per year (scheduled in
advance).
• All updates and service packs during the support period.
• Minimum support period is one year.
• Must be on the current software version to be eligible.
• Does not include database setup or database configuration.
• Software training is not considered technical support.
Phone / Email Technical Support for customers not on a support contract
Any customer not on a technical support contract may still contact our support staff regarding
any technical issues or bugs, however that support time will be billed per each 15
minute time period. Does not include TeamViewer.
TeamViewer Technical Support for customers not on a support contract
Any customer not on a technical support contact may choose the TeamViewer option to resolve
any technical issues or bugs, however that support time will be billed per each 15
minute time period. Scheduling may be required.
TeamViewer Technical Support for customers on a standard technical support contract
Customers on the standard technical support contract can purchase TeamViewer technical
support time at a 50% discount off of the normal rates. Scheduling may be required.

On-Site Training
Cimex Corporation offers several ways for our customers to aquire training for our software.
We can go to your facility to train your employees or you can send your people to our facility.
The training rates are the same either way. However, if we go to your facility you pay for our travel expenses,
and if you come here you cover your own travel expenses.
TeamViewer Software Training
Software training via TeamViewer is now being offered. Sessions are capped at one hour each
and must be scheduled in advance.
Advanced TeamViewer Training is available on request and must be scheduled in advance.
Please note on site training may be required as certain aspects of software training cannot be
performed using TeamViewer.
