It was recently discovered that the latest Windows 10 Update breaks our PDF Writer software.
To fix this problem please follow these instructions exactly as written:

1. Uninstall Cimex PDF Writer  from the control panel.
2. Manually delete this folder “C:\Program Files (x86)\Cimex Corporation\Cimex PDF Writer” (if it still exists) using windows explorer.
3. Re-boot the PC (This step is very important.)
4. Re-install Cimex PDF Writer from our installation CD or download a copy from our website, click the downloads button, and then click on "Cimex PDF Writer" (see screenshot below).
5. Re-start CimPACK and try to export a PDF file.





This has fixed the problem for everyone that has followed these instructions.
